Junior Receptionist

We are seeking a Reliable, Motivated and Energetic Individual to join a busy team environment! If you're wanting a career as a Customer Service Administrator/Receptionist and wanting to work for a busy workplace in Morningside, please read below.

To be successful you will require the minimum:

  • Beginner Microsoft Excel & Word Skills
  • Neat, Tidy and Presentable
  • Basic Computer Skills - typing, emailing, excel
  • Excellent Telephone Manner
  • Reliable, Hard Working and Can-Do Attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously

This role includes the following;

  • Greeting Customers at Reception
  • Working closely with Directors/Managers
  • Customer Service - Talking with clients and customers over the phone & face to face
  • Administration tasks - data entry, spreadsheets
  • Monday to Friday Role
  • Morningside Location
  • Free onsite parking
