We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager – Heavy Industrial, to engage with new clients within the Western Sydney Region.

What your daily tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively manage and maintain prospective customer relationships
  • Research and identify potential contract opportunities within the agreed target markets
  • Develop marketing budgets to enhance the company’s presence within target markets
  • Lead tender proposals and contract negotiations utilising the resources within the internal team to gain positive outcomes
  • Assist in the development of materials that are tailored towards achieving positive results
  • Achieve sales and market share growth objectives by growing business opportunities
  • Maintain clientele and identify new opportunities to ensure continual growth
  • Exceptional communications skills with clients and contractors
  • Establish, implement and maintain sales pipeline against targets
  • Actively promote the company brand and values
  • Provide ongoing support to colleagues and managers where required
